How To Survive As An Affiliate Marketer In 2017, 2018 And Beyond

A LOT has changed in the 5+ years I’ve been online.

They say a year is really like 5 years in “internet age” – and they’re right.

Stuff moves fast in life, in general, and it moves exponentially faster on the internet.  This fast pace creates some unique challenges for those of us who’re trying to earn a comfortable living online.

To survive, you’ve gotta be able to adapt as the environment around you evolves.

Problem is, most marketers are resistant to change.  They find one technique or strategy that works, then they go all in.

And you can guess what happens when that strategy becomes ineffective: they get the rug pulled out from under them.

Adapt Or Become Extinct

I’ve seen my fair share of affiliate marketers get completely wiped out, especially in the last few months as Google reigns down their authority with one algorithm change after the next.

See, a vast majority of affiliates rely solely on search engine traffic to feed their money blogs.

That’s all fine and dandy – and that’s what you’ll learn about inside George’s course – but you have to approach the “sniper model” with a realistic perspective.

First off, you can’t build a real business on a technique that has a single point of failure.

And obtaining 100% of your traffic from high rankings in Google is the single point of failure I’m referring to here.  Doing so carries major risk.

It surprises me that so many affiliates ignore this glaring issue and continue to attempt to grow their affiliate empire with blinders on, having no regard for the ‘what if’ factor.

What if their blog gets slapped?

What if one day soon there is no more Google?

What if the search marketing landscape as we know it becomes completely monopolized and unless you’re a multimillion dollar company you stand no chance of winning page one rankings?

And so on…

For these simple-minded affiliates, it’s only a matter of time before the next algorithm update bites them in the butt and sends ‘em back to the real world, begging for a low-paying cubicle job.

It’s the sad truth.  Unfortunately, many affiliates are living through this harsh reality as I type.

The Big Question

How can you survive in 2017, 2018 and beyond?

Here’s a list of best practices I try to abide by when running and expanding my own online business:

1) Never have a single point of failure, especially in terms of traffic.  I eluded to this above, but it’s so critical you understand this concept.

Starting with SEO is great, but you got to sprinkle in alternative traffic sources that can dilute the weight that any single source of buyers holds.

2) Make sure you’re always on the cutting-edge.  You need to surround yourself with innovators within your niche market.

You should devote time each week towards reading the latest news, trends and buzz going on.  And you can’t become comfortable.

Always be ready and willing to actively invest in your continuing education.

3) Focus on cash flow and don’t change your lifestyle as you start to earn more money. Having money in the bank is the best protection you can have, as this allows you to start up new businesses should your current income streams take a hit.

This one’s a tough one for most digital entrepreneurs.  The quick cash turns them into buyaholics, and they start living larger and larger with each big payday.

Not smart.

True wealth is created by continuing to live as if you’re hard-up, and in the process, stockpiling a growing cash reserve that can act as your safety net, should the unthinkable happen with your current internet ventures.

Put simply, if you don’t have money to live off of for the next 6-12 months, then you’ll be forced to get a J-O-B if you can’t hustle up enough web profits to cover your expenses.

Those are the big 3, if you will.

By diversifying your risk, embracing and adapting to change and effectively banking your own insurance policy…

… You’ll be well-equipped to stay in this game for the long-haul.

Oh, and working your ass off, providing insanely useful content and striving to make a positive impact in each and every one of your visitors’ lives won’t hurt either.

By the way, you’re probably wondering how all of this ties into my review of Google Sniper.

After all, doesn’t it sound like I’m basically saying to stay away from this type of system?

Good question.

What I’ll say is that my bonus offer was created specifically with the points I just made in mind.  I’ll be showing you how I’ve addressed each issue and created my own ranking methods that account for more sales and less risk.

Stay tuned for more details.

How To Create A Six Figure Affiliate Site

Using George Brown’s blueprint to create tiny little virtual earners…

… and then stacking lots of these babies on top of one another, is cool.

But, you all know what’s even cooler?

Having just one or two MONSTER affiliate sites that reel in job-replacing income all by themselves.

Now, I’ll be the first to admit – both options have their own unique set of pros and cons.

Creating small websites is fast and fairly easy to scale, especially when you learn about outsourcing.

However, it can become a pain in the butt to manage all of these sites, as each new website needs awesome content and proper promotion.

For the average affiliate, I feel as though it’s putting too much on your plate to try and build out more than 1 or 2 websites at a time.

In addition, the way Google’s been acting lately has me convinced that it will only get harder and harder to stay afloat relying on small sniper sites.

That doesn’t mean you can’t profit with this system – but I do encourage you to focus your efforts on building larger authority sites that leverage the same basic principles you’ll learn inside GS3.0.

On top of being safer…

… having just 1 or 2 “home run” sites will make your life much easier in terms of management.

You can place 100% of your labor into making those websites as great as is humanly possible, as opposed to spreading yourself thin with lots of lower quality affiliate blogs.

Each authority site you create will be worth much more than a comparable site built with a “bare minimum” mindset.

It’s like working a little harder and a little longer to end up with a $5 million dollar mansion, instead of rushing around to build a dilapidated 1-bedroom apartment.

Clearly, you could rent out or sell the mansion for a LOT more money than you could the apartment.

And yet, most affiliates are fighting like cats and dogs to grow their rundown apartment portfolio.

Know what I’m saying’ here?

So, assuming you’re picking up what I’m putting down…

… you may be asking yourself how the heck you even go about building your virtual mansion…

Surprisingly, the steps to creating a six figure beast-of-an-affiliate site aren’t all that complicated.

I believe in keeping things ridiculously simple, so no need to make a mountain out of a molehill here…

First, it’s paramount to enter into a niche or sub-niche that you’re knowledgeable and passionate about.

For example, my friend Matt niched-down to become the dude who helps personal trainers make more money online.

Well, a larger sites means more killer content.

Try writing tons of blog posts on something you need to research just to stretch an idea into a few hundred words.

Not.  Fun.

(At all!)…

By going with an area of expertise, you can simply log in to your WordPress blog and start spewing out straight venom without much effort.

In the end it feels a heck of a lot less like work and more like ‘good times.’

This leads to better content, more regularly and a more optimistic attitude towards completing the required (daily) heavy lifting, if you will.

Now, I’m assuming you combine what I just said with a little commonsense and select a topic that has an adequate amount of buyer traffic that will spend money once they navigate onto your site.

After you’ve got your passion plus profit big idea (aka your core subject matter for the larger sniper site you’re about to create), it’s time to get to work.

I recommend spending 80% of your allotted time towards blanketing that blog with as much insanely valuable, jaw-dropping, “O-M-G, I can’t believe homeboy just shared that for free!” type content as your little fingers can type.

The other 20%?

Ethical, above-board, white hat promoting that’s truly carried out as a means to publicly announce your website, grow your brand, drive targeted buyers… and then, yes, indirectly do yourself a ‘ranking favor’ thanks to the resulting links you’ll have built.

You follow?

Good.  So, what’s next?

Drum roll please…

NOTHING.  Except for rinsing and repeating the above stupid-simple 2-step process.  Seriously, that’s really all there is to it.

I realize it’s far from sexy and it calls for lots of manual work.

And for that, I don’t apologize.

Building $100,000+ (per year) affiliate sites ain’t easy.

If it were, as they say, everyone would be doing it.

So roll up those sleeves and get crackin’ on your online mansion, and quit with the double-wide trailers and beat-down apartment buildings in the projects.

Until next time, focus on doing what your competitors can’t do or aren’t willing to do.

(Hint: everything I just laid out for you)

Is Google Sniper a Scam?

Google Sniper is about setting up niche blogs to target keywords closely related to buying a product whether it is an info product on Clickbank or a physical product on Amazon. It is a power system to use especially when just starting out in the online affiliate marketing business.

But is Google Sniper a Scam?

I guess it really all depends on what you think is a scam. Whether or not an internet marketing course is a scam is based on one’s opinion. I personally don’t think George Brown’s Google Sniper is a scam.

Lots of people have found success. You can check out the testimonials on the George Brown’s sales page. He also says in one of his videos that over 50 snipers had success with his system that he knows of.

I am sure lots of people have found success including myself. So, whether you think it is a scam or not people have found success following the system inside. There are lots of approaches to take when it comes to affiliate marketing.

You don’t have to follow the Google Sniper system to make money online. You can go ahead and set up several niche blogs targeting different buying keywords. But then again you can take another approach.

Instead you can just focus on one blog. Target a buying keyword term in a niche market you are at least interested in. For example, let’s say you want to make money in the guitar lessons niche market. Then you could set up a WordPress blog targeting a buying keyword term like “online guitar lessons”.

You can follow the Google Sniper system at first and target different keywords in different niche markets you are interested in. Then pick one that seems to be ranking the highest in the Google results.

Then make a good review of a product related to the keyword with your sniper site. The key to making money with these sniper sites after ranking well in the top 3 Google results is to presell the visitors of your site.

This is a concept that George Brown goes over in-depth inside the Google Sniper manual. Basically you want to have a good honest review of whatever product it is you are promoting.

I personally like to actually buy the affiliate product I am promoting so that it is an honest review and it flows. I rather not scam people into buying a product if I truly did not like it.

Another thing about the Google Sniper 3.0 is that you should post your picture up on the side to build more trust with the visitors. That is the way to go. But lots of snipers post other peoples picture up.

Again, I would either post your own picture up or not even post a picture up at all.

So, to me Google Sniper is not really a scam as it has helped me better understand affiliate marketing. Like most make money online guides there will be buyers who think that it was a scam and simply not worth the money.

I would buy Google Sniper if you are really new to this whole concept of creating mini blogs to rank for buying keywords and make easy affiliate commissions. It is a great method for starting out as it will teach you about affiliate marketing in more depth.

What Is Google Sniper and How Does it Work?

Designed by George Brown and released recently, Google Sniper has become very popular amongst those who are looking for efficient ways to make money on the Internet. In a nutshell, this program involves top-notch technology and techniques that help you generate revenue with little to no effort (although it requires time investment and effort in the beginning). Basically, Google Sniper involves a set of well-designed formulas that allow you to get a massive and constant amount of traffic to your website. In this article, you will find out what Google Sniper is, its mechanism of action and how it can help you make money from affiliate marketing.

How Does It Work And What Does The Program Include?

At its core, Google Sniper 3.0 is actually a complete, comprehensive and well-written eBook (plus videos and more) with a wealth of tips and hints that will teach you how to make money online by setting up websites and by increasing the traffic to those particular websites. In addition to this eBook, the product also comes with 8 videos that act as tutorials – these videos are perfect for newbies that haven’t been in contact with affiliate marketing so far, and they complement the information found in the eBook.

The mechanism of action is very simple: the program is aimed at those who want to generate autopilot income (passive income) from the comfort of their home. The program simply teaches you how to create simple websites, how to get traffic, how to make sales, basically how to make money through affiliate marketing in a very straightforward way – all you need to do is to follow the program. The program will give you the instructions you need to follow in order to be able to create profitable websites, and all you need to do is to replicate them over and over again until you meet your income goals.

How Does Google Sniper Benefit The User?

One of the benefits of this way of making money is that since it pretty much works on autopilot (once the websites are up and running), you do not need any technical or marketing knowledge or experience to benefit from it. In other words, it can be used both by professionals and by beginners in the industry of affiliate marketing. In addition to this, the program has a friendly and intuitive interface which makes it very easy to use as well – no prior training is required in order to use Google Sniper to create profitable websites.

The program also has a long-term benefit that should not be ignored either – if followed, it will deliver targeted visitors on a constant basis, which means that often when the website is up and running you do not need to move a finger to make money online in the near future (often months or years) . You just need to promote the products (either through a review or a video) and Google Sniper will then deliver you the audience.

Why Is Google Sniper Important?

As mentioned above in this article, the purpose of Google Sniper is to both attract visitors to your website and to improve the website ranking at the same time. Website ranking plays a pivotal role for every type of website, especially if you are in the affiliate marketing business – the better the ranking, the more visitors and the more money you will make. This is because Google displays the websites with the highest ranking first, whenever a person searches for a particular keyword. The visitor seldom looks on the second page of results, he or she usually clicks on the first several results. This is where Google Sniper steps in and helps your website be amongst the top results.

In addition to this, more visitors automatically means more sales – the conversion rate is also very important for an affiliate marketing website. However, websites do not need just any type of traffic, the traffic must be targeted. Basically, targeted traffic is a notion used to describe the group of people that are interested in your product and service (housewives are interested in cooking utensils and kitchen tools, teenagers in computers, gadgets and skateboards, and so on). Google Sniper delivers targeted traffic (if you follow the instructions in the course), which means that your chances to make a sale as an affiliate marketing are considerably increased.

No matter if you work with Clickbank to promote a product or you have a contract with any other affiliate marketing platform on the Internet, Google Sniper will work just fine!

Who Is George Montagu Brown?

Having taken the world of Internet Marketing by storm at a very young age with the release of his immensely popular Google Sniper course, it is fair to say George Brown is not your typical Guru. As a result he has attracted a lot of attention from the IM community as a whole, with many people wanting to know more about him, how he became successful and what his plans are for the future. In this article we will take a closer look at the man himself and give you the juicy details you really want to know!

Where George Is From And How He Became Successful!

George comes from England which, despite its great history, tends not to be as entrepreneurial as the USA. However, George certainly didn’t let this hold him back as he threw himself into the field of Internet Marketing at the tender age of only 17 and quickly established himself as a great success. His first main venture was creating little “micro” niche sites that typically would contain only 3-5 pages and ranking them for long tail keywords that had low competition and relatively high search volumes. This quickly allowed him to “rake in” a huge amount of cash in affiliate commissions which made him incredibly wealthy as a teenager.

George made a few crucially important “breakthroughs” regarding successfully creating and then ranking “micro” niche sites including fully understanding the power of exact match domains and realizing that you can rank highly without creating any back-links. These discoveries, along with several others, quickly gained him a reputation in the marketplace as a “mover and a shaker”. Thus Google “Sniper” was soon to be born!

By this time George, already a member of the Warrior Forum, decided to release his course as a WSO for a few short weeks. The results were incredible with massive numbers of sales generated and awesome feedback from hordes of satisfied customers. Encouraged by these early results George shut down the WSO and moved the offer over to Clickbank where hundreds of affiliates started to promote like crazy. George made the vitally important decision to invest in the services of highly renowned copywriter David Raybould to writer his killer sales letter. As a result, the copy converted like crazy and helped to create one of the biggest sellers ever on Clickbank. The rest is history and, by this time, George had already built his own Empire of niche sites plus created a Clickbank bestseller – pretty impressive for someone not even 20 years old!

What Makes George Different From The Other Gurus!

A lot of people have had a Clickbank product that sells like crazy but few have had sustained success like George, which has lasted for over 6 years. The reason for this is firstly that George’s techniques actually work; his customers make money if they apply his methods. Secondly, he has some of the most powerful marketing materials in the industry that convert like crazy for his affiliates. His built-in continuity program with high retention makes his affiliates a small fortune. Thirdly, he has been very quick to update his methods so that they stay effective even when there are updates to the industry, like Google Panda and Google Penguin. Lastly, George has a cool, laid-back personality which endears him to his followers and makes his teachings especially popular.

What Else Is There To Know About George?

Outside of Internet Marketing there is a range of activities and passions which George enjoys that makes his hard work totally worthwhile. These include flying, surfing, travel and kite-surfing.

He is currently based in Hong Kong, where he runs his business. This has a lot of advantages in terms of tax, accounting and the general process of running a business which may be why he chose it as a destination.

Alongside his flagship Google Sniper course (which is now onto version 3.0), George has also created several other training programs including Traffic Ultimatum and the Predator System.

Looking ahead, George has a wildly successful future ahead of him considering that at only 22 he already has created a multi-million dollar Internet Empire. No doubt he will continue to update his Google Sniper system and continue to help people start their online businesses. It is likely he will expand into other areas of Internet Marketing and look to make wise investments with the cash he has built up.

All in all, George Montagu Brown is a fascinating character with a lot to offer the Internet Marketing community. Keep an eye on him and his teachings both now and into the future!
